As I write this we have crossed into Bulgaria. It 'a after midnight and wifi is not available. Hopefully it improves tomorrow. Today we had a tour of this seaport city on the Black Sea. It is a city of 300,000. It is the 4th largest seaport in Europe. The main industry appears to be shipping and tourism. The infrastructure of the city, like Bucharest needs a lot of work. People flock here ...
