Today I begin my journey to South Korea. I can not tell you much, because this whole day, I will be flying with AirAsia. We should carry a neck pillow. So we can use that to reduce fatigue and can save more energy.

... ride than before, the rapids were almost constant as we twirled and swirled down the hill. It was Lorcans turn to get tipped over a particular rapid, rather than me, but he jumped back in and continued as if nothing had happened.
It was all over quite quickly. We were all thrown into the back of a truck, us, the boat, the guide and all, and driven back to the start. Cool :-)

We had to leave here at 4am to go to Mount Ijen. This volcano has loads of Sulphur and Sulphur workers. We had to walk up a steep hill for a couple of hours but it was definitely worth it. The Ijen lake was amazing, it was the brightest blue we'd ever seen. The sulphur workers carry big baskets of sulphur weighing around 80kgs up and down ...
Arjuno Mountain - A Heaven on Earth

Apples have been grown in the area ever since the Dutch colonial period. Too bad we didn't come in the harvesting period. We might be able to steal one or two bites along the way to the mountain.
