... up and relaxed a bit before grabbing the free Sunday aperitif in the lounge (Spumontee) while the kids journaled and wrote postcards. We then moved to our assigned table in the dining room for dinner-- royal consume (kids and me) and potato dumplings with tomato butter (Michael), salad, cheese and bread, then veal shoulder (grown ups), fish (boys) and eggplant (Madelyn) followed by white chocolate mousse for dessert. Today was quite a day! We struggled getting Madelyn and Mason to bed last night (not until midnight!), so woke up groggy, stiff from the hard mattress and with a scratchy throat (me). We decided to go up to Levico for some ice cream. It was here that we really noticed that the architecture has ...
After washing everything late the night before due to getting in late. We packed our nearly dry washing into our bags. We didn't have much food for breakfast as Rae and Shane had not shopped before they left and no shops were open. We found a piece of cheese and had some crackers. Church was the first item of the day then the Taylor's kindly drove us to Brenner in the Brenner Pass where Hotler and Mussolini did thir deal for Tirol. We ...
