    ... and bask in the sun at the Berg park next to the lavish Palm Haus behind the Albertina museum. Stopped off for obligatory sachertorte at victorian Sacher Hotel -excellent cake and coffee... then walked further into the quarter and saw the white Lipanzer show horses in their stables. Also found a great VO cinema, Berg Kino and planned to see Budapest Hotel and (ha!) the Third Man before we leave. ...

    ... was absolutely beautiful inside and incredibly detailed. Later in the day we all took a trip out to the schnapps museum, which to be honest wasn't too much of a museum, rather an opportunity to try many different types of schnapps. We got to select which flavours we wanted to try and while you might have thought that I would have learned my lesson from previous experiences, it appears I'm a sucker for punishment and went straight for the chilli flavour ...

    ... the Hunderwasserhaus to see the famous building and art designed by Hunderwasser. We then went to the Secession building where we saw the Beethoven Frieze. We ate lunch at the Naschmarkt just down the street. Next stop was the Vienna Opera House where we had a guided tour. Later that night we were lucky enough to return to the Opera to see their showing of Othello ...
