        ... few on the second gondola.

        All told, it’s about a 45-minute ride up. Nice view from the top, with plenty of walking paths to the various summits, and a partially tunneled, cavelike path in the edge of the mountain. Great views of the city and the lake from here!         ... back to the Fun Park which had better snow and less busy than the Plateau. Joel found a shovel and he heaped fresh snow for us to mould. Never realised how hard it was too make a snowman! Fresh snow doesn’t stick well together, and we fought a losing battle. We settled for more of a pile of snow with a chunk of ice that I tried to shape into a sphere.
