It was sooooo cold in Frankfurt, we didn't want to spend much time here since we had no winter clothing. WE got in late, went to our hotel, then back to the airport to get our flight to Bangkok moved up. We though it would be at 8 that night, but they managed to get us on the next flight out, which was pretty much within the hour. Woohooo! I also kept speaking Italian in Germany... so confused with all the languages.

I'm still not really sure how I ended up on the south edge of town at the end of a different bus route than I got on. But with the day pass, you turn around, get back on, and try again at no additional cost. ... agent and encountered my first, stern, mean German official's disgusted look and firm point up the stairs. There are signs in English and arabic numbers but they are not exactly numerous or clear, but I find my way to some signs indicating the way to Gate B 62. On my way, I locate a duty free shop that sells wine and after much effort at trying to find an Australian Syrah, I finally settled on something that might be a cab from Italy ...

Now we can&#8217;t wait to go back and spend more time in Sulzbach so we can tour the orchard!<br><br>We had a great dinner with great company, we reminisced about their trips to Florida and the Gators-Vols game, we learned more about the 2009 Oktoberfest songs and found out the Nadine was to perform one of them at the local festival later in the month, and then we drove back to their apartment to see all of the American sports paraphernalia hanging ...

... too! oh well! <br>Sat was another beautiful sunny day with 27C...no time to relax tho...spend the day packing...yikes! That backpack is full....even took out a few more cloths...just gonna have to live with the rest and come and get the other things when we hopefully come back next year! <br>At least its done, and sunday we can relax a bit before having to get up at the crack of dawn to get our train to the airport!<br><br>Canada here we come!

We walked back through the square and carried on up, away from where we had been down huge brick-laiden walk-roads until we found the most authentic looking German restaurant we could find. ... same and we blended in (so much so that three separate people asked us for directions, in German mind and our German is a bit non existent now) it was a bit of a shame really to know that day to day routines will soon be creeping back in, no longer will we have to do chicken impressions or mooing like a cow to describe the sort of food we want.
