It is called a Jumpstart school, a preschool for children where the costs are covered by ICM as well as a meal each day, uniforms and school supplies. We flew from Manila to a town called Bacolod on the Island of Negros. The flight was only 55 minutes long, but in that time the crew managed to feed and water us! (Air Canada, take note).
