... of German society. The show was in German but the body language was very readible and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Weird to come out of the theatre at 10.10pm and find it still light outside with the sun about to set. We picked Lisa's bike up from where we had left near last nights cocktail bar, hired another one for me and biked the 10 minutes to get back home.

Saturday was a very busy day! I decided to explore the Hansetag Festival which included walking around for 6 hours straight. My friend and I started at 11 and looked at all of the booths, eating our way through the different countries and seeing a lot of people in traditional garb from the renaissance period. ... everywhere, and every giant brick on the floor was stamped with a saying. I lit a candle for Grandma there to make sure she was remembered on her birthday. I am glad I took the time out of my day because it was nice to see the church, something I had been meaning to do for the past two months but had not gotten around to yet!

On the way back to Lübeck, we stopped at a grocery store called Edeka where I got A&W Cream Soda! I could have also gotten Root Beer or Dr. Pepper there, which you cannot find anywhere else. Once we did get back we walked around for another couple hours to enjoy the weather. I got so sun-burnt! It was a great day overall though!

... It was not popular, restaurants around it were quite busy but this one was not. Entering, there was a football game blaring out of the TV and there was a guy who couldn't barely raise himself from his chair to show us a table. There was a lady who was much more enthusiastic about taking an order. The mixed grill was OK but Pieter Moussaka was a bit of reheated something that looked like Moussaka in a big blob of gravy. It was not good. Our fist really bad food experience this ...
