A cold and rainy day today in Kematen. In Alm Tal it was 11 degrees Celsius. We had a relaxing morning. I have been enjoying my time immensely in the kitchen with Gabi. I have learnt so much about the German/Austrian cuisine. Today we made prune dumplings for lunch. We picked the prune plums from their trees and the dough included quark and fine flour.
