This morning we drove through Slovenia's only National Park. The park covers a few mountains near the Slovenia, Italy, and Austria borders. ... knew how to respond quickly to calls of 'left' and 'right'. Then with everyone trained, we pushed the rafts down the bank and into the Sava River. It was an exciting ride, not the most challenging rafting trip I have ever been on, but a good introduction for Sam and Blake. As much as I enjoyed the horse trek, the heat of the day was beginning to creep up on us and we were glad to be deposited safely back on the ground and taken back to Bled.
