... cruise. What a surprise when we arrived in Bremerhaven. Horst met us after his meeting with the Captain. Also Margret and Jochen Heck and Margret's twin brother, Peter, and his wife, Inge. ... then back to the Theatro Cafe for a Vanilla Chai Latte and free Wifi. This cafe is next to the Bremen Theatre. ... the parade, and of course crew party! We also opened our ship to the thousands visiting the festival and showed them the beautiful Young Endeavour that had sailed already for 7 months to make it to Bremerhaven from Australia.

The five days came to a close and many of us were very ready to take to the seas again, this next stretch would last only 2 days as we hurried down to Amsterdam, to make it in time for the next Festival, Amsterdam Sail2015.

... 8211; there are fully naked people everywhere just letting it all hang out, and we don’t quite know where to look as they wander around, play catch, swim and even bend over to apply sun cream. We manage a good few hours on the beach and return to the van when it cools down to make dinner and enjoy an early night.

It’s not simple to leave in the morning – the 'kasse’ will only accept coins and we do not have enough so we endure a little wild goose chase ...

Three things can happen at this point. Either:

- You are ready to burst through the wings like a phoenix from the ashes and wow the audience with your apparent cool and aplomb.

You look down to notice your straps were too slack and any sudden movement will set your boobs bouncing either side of the costume like ping pong balls (well, in my case) on asphalt.
