... is learning English at school and my broken German. The neighbours were chucking out a perfectly good sofa bed and a small bookshelf which they offered us. Sure! We replied. ... weekend and the apartment. Marc also bought me over a giant English German dictionary which he bought for himself when he was learning English a few years back. It is enormous and has everything I could possibly want in it. I was so happy to receive it. Thanks marc!! There was also an old abandoned aeroplane there too, grass was growing up on all sides.

We spent a good couple of hours walking around the park, looking a the sculptures, watching the people and wandering aimlessly. It's lovely to have such long evenings over here, there is so much you can do especially when the weather cools downs a bit.

We then caught the train home and crashed out soon ...

Today we woke up early for our journey to Berlin, capital city of Germany. We had been warned that this journey would be the longest of our trip (in total, we had been told that we would be travelling for ten hours!). So we were all prepared for a long journey. We ate all you can eat breakfast before hitting the road at 8am. Unfortunately two fellow contiki members had slept in which forced us all to wait until 8.25am ...
