... our amazing coffee and catch up on old stories, Stefan insisted we see the famous Grizzly Bears of Bern. In a sanctuary in the middle of town, the bears are a real highlight. Lucky for us, and even more so for Stefan, close by is a brewery serving incredible beer (surprisingly) and even better food! Again, overlooking the beautiful city we enjoyed a huge local dish of Rosti (comprising of onion, potato, cheese, egg and some spices). Sounds pretty ...
