    ... was a little chewy, the fried rice may have been the best we ever had. Next we had the sushi itself; a mix of salmon, tuna and tuna belly, all perfectly fresh and beautifully cut. Our craving for sushi was more than satisfied, all the way over here in Verona.

    This morning marked our last few hours in Verona so we decided we would take the opportunity to explore one more square, the Piazza Bra, which is home to the Verona Lyric Opera Arena.

    ... looking the lake and back down, and down and round and down!!!!! Taking in stunning views, a walk to a hermitage retreat and monestery and a beautiful Romanesque church. Spent the afternoon in the garden, Al Lago before our final dinner in the hotel. Tomorrow, we head off after breakfast , quick stop off in the town of Salo at the bottom of the lake before returning our trusty Italian stallion hire car ( or similar ) and flight home.
