... seemed so fast now after all the slow riding through the mountains these last few days. On exiting the m/way I pay my 3 Euro or whatever it was and head for the town of Cortina which is way the other side of some wonderful passes in the Dolomites.

It’s a long winding road all the way up this pass. On leaving the m/way the temp was a wonderful 16 Celsius and I was way too hot so the cool air up the pass was really welcome but soon it was to get extremely cold.

Good morning!! I was surprised to wake up in one piece - the man that opened us our Zimmer at ortisei looked really weird and he had the face of the crazy Austrian we saw on the news...quickly I started telling myself a story about how he will kill us and give us to the dogs...brrrrr.... His wife seems to be ok she made us breakfast upon our request, it was really nice, actually we really like ortisei but unfortunately we have to leave early today we need to conquer the hardest part ...
