A great start to the day with a 6 mile run around the reservoir. Roads busy through Germany but an easy 300 miles with no hold ups. Once we reached Denmark the roads were noticeably clearer. As we moved north it has become colder not helped by clear skies in the evening. The evenings are much lighter, I could read a book outside at ...

They are extremely proud of him in Denmark - humble beginnings, of course, and a bit of an odd duck - he did know success in his lifetime, but he was a hypochondriac who never married because he always developed crushes on married women! The town of Odense is just lovely - old cobblestone streets and lots of ...

Danish schools: no shoes, no rules, no problem

... are having a hard time figuring out how to fit these people into the incredibly homogeneous, socialized country. Immigration is one of the pillars of American society and we see diverse opinions as a resource for society, but Denmark’s system has worked so well because the opinions all fall along the same line so these new opinions are messing with the system so to speak. But I digress.
