    ... a lake to eat some bakery items we had purchased in Hoor. Our efforts were not very successful as lake access seemed to be restricted in the couple we tried to get to.
    We had all but given up when we found Mockensnas Herrgard, four kms off Highway 23 down a virtual one lane tarmac road.
    And it did lunch.
    And if had a spectacular lake view.
    And we had a change of plan and the bakery items got saved for dinner.

    ... the Holmlinds sometime soon!

    Next… we take a train north to Dalarna region to see Luke’s cousins, visit Carl Larsson’s home, see where Dala horses are made and visit the famous copper mine which is a world heritage site in Falun, Sweden. Then to the east coast where we will spend a week exploring Stockholm.

    Our time is winding down but we are still enjoying all our adventures traveling ...

    Hej från Sverige!

    We have finally arrived in Sweden and have now begun the final leg of our journey! First, we flew from Paris to Copenhagen and spent the afternoon enjoying danish pastries and walking along the canal.

    ... houses warm... Don and I have had the loveliest time in the dining car where miniature bottles of Merlot and large bottles of Czech beer are sold at a very reasonable price. Again the service is amazing and the scenery and setting from another world...loving this train travel across Europe already. Even the toilets are better than any airplane toilet...that's another story! Awaiting our stop for Malmo soon. The whole of Sweden is just a revisit of the Ikea catalogue ...
