... I headed out the first day and discovered the prostitutes by the piazza Spinola. That was fun and shocking. Declan found a little place that sold cherries ( a new favorite) and so we bought a bag and then threaded out way though the impossibly narrow streets until we came to a little square with some tables and chairs and umbrellas. ... It was quite expensive. Also we had to fend off some Kenyon's who insisted on giving us 3 little "free" figurines while we waited in line. When we had our tickets, they demanded a donation or the figurines back. No little Kenyon animals will be coming back to Canada with us. ... wedding. And sure enough, eventually a family went by with a dog! We rode the HoHo to the train station and bought our tickets to get to the Milan airport. Then the mishaps began, all thanks to Fodors. First off, the Furnicular to the fort only ran in the morning, although Fodors reported that it ran all day. My cabin is on the 9th so towards the top, no using the lifts whilst I'm on board so prefer to be in the middle-ish.
