Next we climbed the 80 steps to the Acropolis. The Acropolis is actually the whole site. We walked through the gateway called Propylaes, on top of the hill is the Parthenon the Erectheum. The Erectheum is a sacred site where it was decided that Athena would rule the city. This ruin had 6 statues of girls in the front.
