... 11-4 1917. We stood in trenches where just before us lay approximately 7900 soldiers still lay. There are many Australian cemeteries ,named after cities in Australia, all so beautifully kept. This tour was a very somber tour where all who were on it felt very honoured to respect these brave men ,when hearing what actually happened one can only say WHY.
