... Francesca, Armando and I attend along with Kylie and Ben (David's cousins) who have joined our group bringing us now to 15.
the gym has excellent facilities. David sets up the session for us and we begin. It's the funniest session ever as Armando and I are helping to translate the exercises and the Fagnano gym people are not familiar with the exercises so we have to demonstrate. One guy just did 1 round and left while most ...

... Vicki likened the hotel to a motel on Nepean highway in rosebud. Not far wrong. Even though the beach was a fair walk in the heat I took off back to the beach for a lovely swim while the others rested in air con when it got started again. Strangely my room was again the far better one with a view and working air con as it has been the entire trip. Normally they always win out. Maybe the Camino positivity is following ...

... Funny thing is we really have no idea of how far we walk but thinking today it was around 23 kms. Ended up in the pretty fishing village, Acciaroli, after 41/2 hours walk in the hot sun but we were lucky to have the odd coastal breeze occasionally and headed straight for a gelati shop on the marina in the town , plonked down and stayed there for about 2 hours. This trip has been a bit messy getting from place to ...

... the road later on in the day, and not under foot in the countryside. Suffice to say we ended up climbing a mountain which we then had to climb up and down and round and back ...but Gilles was happy as we saw the museum Francis Copella is making in this town. Finally got directions from the local priest who took awhile to tell us, spoke English but very bad stammer....only tried a few times to offer the correct word, ...
