... had a modern Japanese toilet which was a bit startling for me when I first sat down, as it began to flush automatically. I jumped up wondering if I had somehow activated the bidet or shower function. I had a good chuckle when I realized the water was just swirling in the bowl. So the rice had pieces of chicken in it was the first chicken I'd eaten in ~18 years and it was kind of... meh? I found it kind of sticky.

I wish I'd had the presence of mind to take a photo. But hunger.

Woke up at 9 and got ready at 10. We met in the lobby at 11. Zach and Haakons parents were there. Haakons parents surprised him by being there. They're staying a little longer. We then took a bus to a shopping mall and went there. Joanne, liana and I shopped together at a bag store. Liana and I both got one. After, we went to lunch. Liana and I went to a conveyor belt sushi place and Joanne went somewhere else. It was really good and liana ordered in Japanese.

... of 100 it seemed. Their mouths opening and closing trying to reach the food. I saw a gold coloured fish that I watched for awhile. It was just amazing watching all the different colours of fish. No one fish was the same colour.

After quite awhile we headed up another trail that ended up at a fountain. We again trekked up the immensely steep stairs to the top and saw another huge temple. Inside we walked to the top and there were huge blue statues. I’m not sure ...
