After a little sleep in, we went downstairs for breakfast. There was a good selection of cereals, bread and croisants, meat, cheeses, fruits as well as coffee and juices. Phillip tried the carbonated water (called water with gas) and found it quite nice. We then left the hotel for the hop on hop off bus stop that was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. ... of delays in the building!!! It is 158.5 metres long. We then found the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel one of the oldest malls in the world and this to was beautiful. It seems anything goes in Milan when you need to find a car park!!! We had tea at the hotel, bruschetta followed by lasagna & spaghetti bolognaise which was very tasty indeed.
