... sellers were doing a roaring trade. You could also buy a cloak to cover yourself from the ticket seller. One lady in particular was hilarious. She had on a dress, just a drawstring wasted thing, with full sleeves, and came to about mid-thigh. I didn't think she looked too bad, but the door police were having none of it... and she kept pulling the dress down to try and reach the two finger limit. At one stage there she actually bent her back down so she was ...

... pinks, rustic reds and pale creams. There are large road tunnels on both sides of the lake, huge gaping holes built into the mountains to allow drivers to wind their way around this big expanse of water.
WE saw lots of these tiny villages on our way around, we saw large villa's, even a glimpse of where George Clooney is supposed to live. I was surprised that there wasn't more traffic on the water. No speed boats, no kayaks, no water skiers. There was really only a few ...

... beautiful ride, the two lakes and the towns that line their shores are all awesome! I was happy for Nathan and Tilly as well that they could experience what cycling in Italy should be like, instead of the busy, flat, sparse roads around Vighignolo we enjoyed sparkling, clear water and spectacular mountains. ... a bit at home really but all in all, we both agreed, it was a wasted 8 hours.

Time to move on, our only regret was not being able to get in to see Michaelangelo's Last Supper fresco as it is booked solid till next week. That will be on our next trip.

Milan, I actually wasn't that taken with I have to say. It is a very cosmopolitan city and obviously a world stage for fashion and as I am no fashionista it really held no appeal for ...

... many other places and parks to bee seen and enjoyed.
Laos is another place where I would like to go back, this time to the wild northern regions, to stop again in the crazy and amazing Vang Vien and then to the southern side of this beautiful country.
I could also visit some big islands of Indonesia as I enjoyed only Giava, Lombok and Bali where I wish to go back again.
I could also fly to China after a trip of long ago 1983.
What do you suggest to me?
