... for some local touring. Our first stop was Monte Cessen, a high mountain, where we visited the Agritisimo Magala Barbarin for a cheese tasting. From there to San Gallo to learn about the making of Prosecco and salami. A walk around Treviso followed. This walled city has beautiful frescos and piazzas. This is the last day we will spend in Italy. It has been a wonderful 3 weeks seeing the various cities and how different each of them are. We move onto London tomorrow before ending our trip in ...

... our hotel, dumped our bags and set off the the cathedral hoping to reproduce the photo of Ann and Clyde. Once again renovation stumped us. There were no queues for us to wait in to climb to the veranda on the top of the cathedral but a lot of the area was off limits as they renovate the beautiful marble structure.
