Our room at this resort was classified as being within one hotel and the resort had many different "hotels". It's quite a big place, enough so they manage to have the wildlife retreat in the middle and have something like 11 pools and 5 or 6 private beaches. We only visited the one beach that was close to our hotel as we wanted our time there to be more about relaxing and not planning more excursions. However, had we wanted to we could ...

0830, awaiting boat to be put back in water and sea trial - FINALLY! By the time the italians got around to it though was 1115 before we actually left Sardinia back on route to Tunisia, Africa.
So, After what was expected to be a maximum 5day turn around trip Nice, France -> Tunisia, Africa we ended up spending 2 weeks in Sardinia. This is one thing I love about my job, you never know where you might end up tomorrow!
