One of those hotels that look so swish on the outside but it's really just cheap materials made to look that way. Saying that, the rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable.

... we have planned for no stops, so we can go out for a nice meal in Barcelona. The traffic flows well all the way and we swap driving a few times. We stop on the outskirts of Zaragoza for a bit of lunch around 1:30 at a huge shopping complex devoid of people, and then off again stopping a few times for toilet breaks and drinks.
The landscape around this area of Aragorn, is really quite spectacular, it is like there was a huge river complex here and the ...

... Well so much for sweetness! Now we are delayed by about 30 minutes!!! We have finally boated and are taxing out to the runway when they make an announcement that there is a "situation" and we must return to the gate! Once at the gate 2 men board and head for the back of the plane! They are doing something in the coach cabin then after a few minutes they leave!! ...

... all got really excited, yet as we arrived at the check-in desk we were told
that the girls cannot board! We worked hard (fighting hysterics) for a few
hours, connecting by phone with Israel (their mother mainly). The cruise office
in Barcelona had computers and faxes but nothing worked! A worker had to use
his smart-phone to photograph the forms and send them to a goat farmer neighbor
of the girls in the Galilee! It seemed impossible! The ...

... in Santander! That night, we came back and cooked a "family dinner" at the hostel and then got ready for the pub crawl that the hostel was hosting! We had a great time on the pub crawl. We met some really cool people from all over the world and got to check out a few different pubs on the beaches of Barcelona. Another very short trip, but another amazing trip! I definitely want to come back to Barcelona soon :)

... rest of our trip...which we still haven't really figured out. But that's a whole other conversation. The next day was a little more touristy. We got up and walked down to the market and bought groceries (after all, we've got a kitchen, might as well use it). We made some sandwiches and packed some fruit and that would be our meals for the day. We walked our way to Antonio Gaudi's masterpiece: La Sagrada Familia. This is also where we got tickets to the hop on ...
