... lamb roast for dinner it was great! After dinner we went for a walk then to bed! The next day we drove to sveti Stefen, unfortunately the island was closed down, now really sure why. So instead we changed into our bathing suits in the parking lot and went for a swim! It was, let's say refreshing. We got back in the car and drove inland to go to a church literally on the side of a cliff called Ostrog monastery. I don't really get why they ...

... down on the beach whole week and drink five beers a day. Still, one day on a beach, during an intense tour can be really relaxing. Just one day, because the second may be boring, and the third may be a real suffer.

After driving through Bosnia, and our visit to Sarajevo, after driving along the Adriatic coast, after rainy weather in oft dry Montenegro, we finally get some sun and rest. It is nice. Especially with the beer, though extremely expensive!

Montenegro Day Trip

So while you can see Dubrovnik in a day, plan to spend a few days here because it also makes a great base for exploring the area whether you're off to see a few islands or checking out the Balkans nearby. Today I set off on a day trip to Montenegro with Lea Travel. On the agenda, a panoramic drive along the bay of Kotor and two very old towns: Kotor and Budva. I woke up feeling fairly tired, I think yesterday's activities was quite ...
