    ... big. Once we finally worked out where we were we chose to not take the motorway option and headed towards Dijon through what we thought looked like a nice scenic route through a mountain range. Oli managed to look up from his ipad at a timely moment, and yells out SNOW.     ... quite like duck so was much enjoyed. The cheese trolley was a delight to behold. How to choose......not a hope, with all the names in french, so went with the waiters recommendation.


    Before dinner we'd tried to take photos of the Chateau with little success, as the flash just focussed on the "thick" air. Tried again on our way back with the same result.

    We had an early train to get to Reims, it was a pretty standard travel day. Got to the train station in Paris only to discover out next train left from a different station so we had to catch the metro. Metros and backpacks are always fun at least this one was so packed. We go into Reims about four our air BnB host kindly picked us up from the train station, it was good as I did not fancy the 30 min ...

    We were up reasonably early and after tea as usual John went to get bread and milk, Isi published yesterday's blog.
