    ... on a tour with a guid who spoke french and a french lady who was behind the counter. After a quick chat to her (in french) it seemed that we could have a taste, but she wasn't the most forthcoming with any information or discussion....     And Deb - thanks - wrong again! Twice in a year! Apparently it's Billecart, not Billicart, and in case you are interested Mercier was selling for 22E at the cellar, but don't know what they get at home.
    And Mick -thanks for the encouragement, but we are doing ok thanks, despite the lack of your traditional support.... Certainly makes life a bit more comfortable and less arduous but we miss you too Rose...and ...

    The Porte Sainte-Croix dated 1769 was dedicated to Marie-Antoinette and almost felt like you were in Paris!.

    We were up reasonably early and after tea as usual John went to get bread and milk, Isi published yesterday's blog.
