... weekend of the trip to St. Tropez where we began to bond. Where are relationship changed from au pair that tells me what to do to Amber the cool and fun au pair that keeps secrets and lets me have candy more than she should. It may have something to do with my language improving so that we can joke and have fun together. We play Nintendo WII and I have to suck sometimes so that she doesn’t get her ego bruised.
That weekend Michel and I ...

... they had a large collection of Rodin sculptures, which I really like. Also, because I was under 26 it was completely free - including the audio guide and the temporary exhibitions. How fabulous is that? I think we should do a similar thing in Australia - it might encourage more people to go to galleries.
After the gallery I got on the metro and went to the silk district. Lyon is the silk weaving capital of Europe, or was historically at least. I visited the silk museum ...
... me “Sorry were so boring” and I would always laugh, but I would think to myself there is nothing boring about your life, its great because your happy. I am not sure if my aunt has always been as wise as she is but I am glad to have her in my life. She has taught me more than she can realize about life and happiness by simply inviting me into her life. Its not the chicken and asparagus dinners that made her life great it was the appreciation ...
Lyon, Rhône-Alpes, France amberbogie... obsessed with it (like most woman) but in the movie it’s like over the top hilarity. I am way excited, not only because it looks great but because I know that French people can be obsessed with their dogs too!!
So yes I am way excited to see all the movies this year in France. I am also excited about the books I will read in French. I have had trouble getting into French books, primarily because they are either too hard OR so easy that ...
... t been one thing in particular, as there never is when life just seems to suck, but somehow everything just seems out to get you. My homesickness had begun to kick in and my birthday looming ahead of me felt like waiting for death to come, you know when you are so old you just feel like its all over? HAHA, Well of course I don’t feel old like that, but thinking of spending a second year away from my family and what is supposed to be, for the most ...
Lyon, Rhône-Alpes, France amberbogie... children its important to realize that they are not your robots to manipulate and create what you want they are created from you but do not become you. They come to an age where they become their own person and create their own thoughts and opinions about life and what they want out of it. You can either sit back and be part of it with them or chase after them telling them what they are doing wrong along the way.Which sounds better to you?
Lyon, Rhône-Alpes, France amberbogie... you know they recycle and DON’T use plastic bags at all. Take note you guys they recycle more in a day that we doing a week, believe me I take it out! When I went to pick up Julie I managed to park and leave without any problems but of course its when I go to thesupermarche that the car likes to embarrass me, or I just get all nervous with the small roads and stuff. Lyon, Rhône-Alpes, France amberbogie... bed ever, a washroom, and even a TV. Today I got to do some walking around. In fact, I walked for miles. Lyon is quite hilly too and I decided not to take any public transportation. It was all feet today. The first thing I did was head to the Roman ruins, and then from there noticed there as a huge basilica nearby so I went to check that out too. Luckily there was a tourist shop ...
