... the Old Town has been perfect. Walk out the door and there are so many things to see and do.
Museums abound, walks along streets laden with fashion houses - no possible temptation there as we are already at the limit of airline weight allowances - churches, cathedral, basilica, river cruises - all add to the colours and flavours of such a charming city.

We walked to the art gallery, noting all ...

... and was as good as it looked. We met the bus at 6 and after some impressive driving by our driver Sandro, we made it through the cramped streets into our hotel, The Campanille. The hotel was very nice and the dinner they served was good as well. It was 3 courses, the highlight for me was actually the salad with the best dressing ever. We went to bed early excited for our big journey to exotic Barcelona the next day ...

... the French in a nut-shell. Anyways, I've gone off on a tangent. I promised positivity this time, so I'm going to try to deliver. So the Wallace is a nice place to work. Everyone who works there speaks English, only two of the wait staff are French, but they speak English really well. So I appreciate it. And they paid me too! Even though I don't have a contract with them yet. I suppose this is significant because A La Traboule haven't paid me yet. I calculated that I ...
