      ... 15kms from here. Many people had told us that is was better than Biarritz, a bit less touristy etc, but I am not in that camp. It is really nice, but a bit Miami for my liking. Like the rest of the beaches we have come across they know how to pack them in, but I will take Biarritz every day of the week. Definitely have to come back here again in the not to distant future.

      That was all fine until I decided that I wasn't quite sure where to go next, then Mitch's eagle eyes spotted some taxis parked up. After using my best (not very good) French to ask the taxi driver how far away our hotel was we were told by him it was only 200m up the road and he pointed us in the right direction.
