          ... took in a great digestif after dinner called Marc de Beaune, a spirit distilled from local wines.

          All said it was a great dinner and even after the conversion it would have cost us less than a dinner at the Keg back home and the food was sooooo much better.

          Our last dinner in France was great and I'm sure that all that food will help is sleep well ...

          ... to the Musée du Vin, which was one of the only places that was open! We learned all about the history and tradition of wine-making in the Bourgogne region. Not the best museum we have been to this trip, but it was still interesting to learn about how wine making has developed here.

          ... created photography. Some of it is a collection of photos. After the museum we headed across the river to find dinner. There was a whole street of restaurants but lots of them were either closed or very expensive. We decided on an Indian restaurant that had a special plate, consisting of tandoori chicken, chicken curry, vegetable curry, rice and fried veges. It was really nice.           ... took 8 hours.He later agreed to collaborate with Daguerre, then he died before the patent was filed for. Why did we care? Because the very first photograph ever taken is now in AUSTIN. So we had to see the museum! Found out the photo is at UT....we will find it. Also went to the food market, the local cathedral and the local food market.
