... at a most inopportune moment. When we arrived in Como, even I needed a strong drink. Como was very busy with people out shopping. Lisa and Ruth found all the jewellery shops - we also frequented a few makeup and granita shops. We had a lovely afternoon wandering in the sun. We made it home for bourbon and Prosecco in the setting ...

... the opposite direction and find Daniel's bar where we have dinner accompanied by squillions of Mosquitos all free of charge! Lucky David has his trusty aerogard with him as we are doing the Aussie salute like there is no tomorrow! Note to oneself ... eat lunch on the water front but have dinner inside, in the town centre in air conditioning! It was incredible, and no one could tell us why there were so many mossies. We have decided to not eat on the water front tomorrow night. .. ...
