After an hour or so we arrived back in the Hottwil region and grabbed some groceries for dinner. We had such a lovely evening, another traditional diner prepared for by Petra which consisted of a Pork fillet, long and skinny slightly cooked in a fry pan, wrapped in ham then wrapped in short crust pastry and popped in the oven for 30min. Munich - Hottwil Switzerland - Day 11
... heating up. Once the cheese is bubbling you grab a boiled spud, slice it, place your toppings in it then pour the melted cheese all over it, delicious!!! It was such fun and very social even when one of our member's could not speak English.
