... ours and then hang her male companions bike beside hers. The offer was not initially accepted. Her partner spoke a few words and I was politely asked if I could. ... Even our extra Thursday night cost 9euro more than our previous two nights combined. We did manage to get 2 nights in Bayreuth not too expensive. DB now also charge to transport your bike on the train, costing 5euro per bike for a day ticket.

At last we settled down to our dinner of tortellini and a huge salad after having cycled 973km from Hamburg to Dresden in 17 cycling days with one day off in Magdeburg. We will decide, after out trip to Prague ...
