... to pay at the end - and sat down. What actually arrived was very good, but certainly not what I was expecting. It was a baguette, with salad and kabab meat, with fries IN the baguette. But hey for 5 Euro I was pretty pleased with how big this lunch was. ... de montjardin (i think this translates to the village of the mountain garden). There is a castle right on the top of the hill dedicated to St Estaban (again stephen in spanish) so i will make sure i introduce myself in case more locals are keen to shout drinks. ... or bad. The tickets are surprisingly reasonable, but we can't buy any for tomorrow until later tonight. ... on the other. We go past so many little houses with small plots of land on which the owners grow a wide variety of vegetables. Amazing what can be grown on a few square metres of what looks poor soil but all the crops seem to be thriving and yielding much more than we get in Australia. The key is the amount of water they get at the right time.
