... We tour the wine production area, walked the vineyards to the old caves which date back centuries to when monks were making wine here for the church. After the tour were are treated to a wonderful tasting and an incredible spread of cheeses, meats, and breads. The wine was excellent and we very much enjoyed the other travelers, making for a wonderful visit.
