First stop Rosswell to see creatures form outer space. Well for $3 and a one hour leg stretch it was OK. The Museum has done a great job of documenting the cover up. If you swing that way it will be a rewarding stop. If you are a not believer then you will find holes in there presentation. We had to drive through Roswell so why ...

In Ruidoso, we traveled with Judie and Terrell (friends from Second B who have a cabin there) to the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The site

Only three motorcycle batteries on the shelf and one of them fit my bike. Yippy! So Wendi got it put in and Suzi fired right up. By this time the temps have dropped even more and it's now 5:30 pm, still snowing and ...

... some real mountains on this trip, but I think I'll hold off as long as I can.

We checked into the Alamagordo/White Sands KOA on Tuesday for two nights, expecting to go to White Sands on Wednesday, but she told us it was closed that day. Apparently the White Sands Missile Range is still in use for testing - they shut down the park and a pretty major highway when there's something going ...
