    Great stay in Nice

Our stay in Nice was short but comfortable at the Hotel Le Royal. The rooms were small, but clean and quiet, so we had great sleeps to adjust to France time from our long arduous flight. Great location right on the main drag across from the fantastic Nice beach.

... Art – again we had free entry. We made our way straight to the top to enjoy the panoramic views of the city. We took a million pictures and scoped out various landmarks and sites we should visit. The cemetery on top of the hill with the various statutes peaking through the trees, and the various markets down below.

... Cannes the kebab place was closed :( craving one we looked up on the Internet for kebab places in Cannes. We enjoyed our kebabs and marvelled at the curios sauce that had a taste that wasn't quite recognisable. We headed back down to the beach waking all the way along the shore the pathway was lit up by rainbow lights that danced in patterns on the floor! We sat on the wall facing the water making shadows with the light on our backs. Then back to the hotel and ...
