After returning to the Posada, it was decided we needed a Campechana adventure in town. YES!! Finally! Street food!! HEAVEN! Campechana= Bistek (steak), pineapple pork sliced off a spit, and queso chihuahua in a flour tortilla with ...

The guys decided they wanted to climb "Space Boys". Ten pitches.... 10:15 am to 7:15 pm climb! Me and my beginnerness was definitely out on that!! I took off on a pilgrimage into the countryside to find a 400 year old Oak Tree!! The landscape and mountain ranges here are truly breathtaking! Thousands of feet of sharp limestone fins breaking up out of the earth everywhere. I hiked back in the lovely warm sun ...
