    ... prices for winter storage inside or outside in or out of the water. There is also a painter here so we will get a quote as anyone who has been on board will know the last paint job has not been good.

    We were told by the painter when they came on board that they would quote point for what we have asked as we have a feeling they will be very expensive! We will then have a better idea of what we can do.

    ... times, a window was necessary in every room of a noble’s home so if a family member died, their soul could escape out the window. A custom one was built into this particular rich family’s manor for their sick father, and you can still see it today. The garden has a bridge over a picturesque canal, and there were many swans floating around.     ... studied history at school I was bored out of my brain. This has been amazing to see buildings that date back 400 or so years.

    We started planning Paris as we leave here tomorrow for the famous city that we have left til last to visit. This is pretty much the last big city in Europe on our trip so what a way to finish. Robert has found an apartment to rent on the outskirts of paris, so we just need to organise transport to and from spots and we will be fine.
