It was a lovely sunny morning after a bad night for John who had a bout of stomach cramps and then a bad time! He thinks it was food poisoning and put himself on a 24 hour fast.
We went to the Harbour masters office to sort out more details and then we set off for Steenbergen. We left the marina in bright sunshine and fluffy clouds and the wind was much better than yesterday.

A little concerned that snow might well follow the blustery autumnal weather we were experiencing, we parted and finally made it back to the railway station.It continued raining heavily throughout the evening and we were very glad of a hot shower and cup of tea on our return..
This morning we went to the market to get some fruit and veg. The weather wasn't great but it was still fun..food was very cheap! After lunch we went clothes shopping and then we did a fashion parade back at the house. Before dinner we tried some cheeses from Vlissingen and nearby Belgium.
