Since the food is so bad Italian families bring tons of food to hospital patients. They also stay at the hospital 24 hours a day because they don’t trust the nurses who are usually chatting, drinking coffee and smoking.

We had the afternoon free as there was an optional tour to one of the islands on the lake, however we have done enough boat cruises now to last us for a while.
