Denmark can be summed up with four words: family, eat, drink, sleep! We had a great time with the Danish family and they made sure that we wouldn't be hungry for about 2 months. The days were filled with eating yummy Danish food, playing games, watching football, short walkings at the beach and drinking beer / red wine. ... yrs old! Many of the streets are made of cobblestone which is very cute but hard in your butt! It was very hard to find anywhere to eat lunch because the tourist season ends about September 1 and very little was open. But we did find a lovely cafe that served traditional Danish open sandwiches so we were very happy. The island economy is mostly farming but some fishing as well.

... Now I had time to get some snacks and drinks , find some free wifi and call Mozambique.
I met two other bikers from Denmark who had planned a trip through Slovenia. Not the first time I had heard Slovenia and Croatia being mentioned as good bike destinations.

Everything had worked out. Just needed to get the bike on the train and then relax while heading to München Bahnhof Ost.
