The first event started around 2pm and was the individual jumpers judged by an Italian judge. He wore a pink jumper, and was very enthusiastic clapping great rounds, and playing up to the crowd. It was a really good course, and there were many fantastic rounds. It was nice to catch up with Courtney from the US, and see her running Fran.
There was no need to rush for breakfast as we were the only ones staying at the accommodation. The day was sunny but a little misty and we were hoping that this would not spoil the views of the vines and rolling green fields.
