Happy to be in Japan
Touchdown into Japan! Upon arrival, Kristen and I were so relieved to be standing on Japan soil. Everything made sense, train system, signage, clean bathrooms, and respectful people. It was a 180 degree difference between the Chinese and Japanese culture.

Ume no Ame
... for the first time ever, managed to get pictures that accurately captured the stunningly bright pink of some of the plum blossoms. In sunlight, the colour never comes out right, no matter how much I mess with my camera's settings; these pictures are the real deal. Looking for a flight
We moved into a hotel over by the Yokota Air Force Base and are looking for a flight home. We are eager to get back so Kathryn can train for the upcoming Tae Kwon Do Spring National tournament in Las Vegas.
There is no room on base so we are staying at a nice place near the train station. They have a very nice lobby that Robert can work at. The 24 hour McDonalds across the streeet will proved the energy needed for him to stay awake from 2-8 AM.
