Settling into a daily routine

A travel blog entry by cynthiana.diane

... everyone was whisked away to the nearest bowling alley for an evening of fun (and prizes!). After completing two games it was evident that I am NOT so great at bowling. Somehow I managed to win a prize anyway. Ummmm....? Let me just take a minute here to explain the process of prize distribution as it was almost as amusing as the actual bowling. ... to the Seibu-Ikebukuro Line at Tokorozawa, where I met up with Kira; and finally hopping onto the Seibu-Chichibu Line at Hanno, from which it's only two stops to Koma. All this took just a little over an hour.

As with all festivals that are held in places that otherwise don't get much traffic, we knew the crowd wouldn't lead us astray, so we followed it past vendors who had set up little stalls ...
