Fun fact...washing is for the weak! At least that's what they used to think many centuries ago. Since they didn't want to wash, their hair was pretty gross so they wore wigs. At night they would put the wigs in bird cages so that the birds could pick out all of the bugs! Kind of a buzz kill for the romantic notion of life in a castle. The week started off with a rather rainy day on Sunday—not particularly good for the last day of festivities at the Neckarfest.
