... sculptures versus paintings. Not much more to say, we're pretty museum'd and "busted" out after seeing countless roman busts. We walked by the Santa Maria del Fiore, which is a church finished in the 16th century that took about 140yrs to build. It's an UNESCO world heritage site along with its neighboring buildings. Had light breakfast today after sleeping in later than planned because it was too cold in my room. We all walked to class and sat down, kevin starting the slide show projector and writing on the board. I found it to be a long but very varied class which kept me very entertained up until the last minute when he told the story of Brunelleschi's prank on the butcher - Convinced he was a baker by others he believed he was a baker!
