    Very nice hotel with delicious breakfast! Room is spacious and very comfortable. Well located in Basel.

    ... all walked around Basel. Not much going on in Basel without taking the tram, but it was a beautiful day for walking around with our newfound friends.     ... idea pretty quickly and headed to the kayak station on the beach. We were given a couple of river kayaks with no skirts or life jackets and were told to stay close to the shoreline. Excellent, we were clearly in the hands of professionals and we are, of course, highly experienced kayakers.
