Set up

Hola. So I've settled into Puerto rather comfortably. Got my shack. I'm still waiting on my boards which is kind of annoying, tomorrow hopefully. Last few days have been fun. Yesterday was Ross's birthday and we had a pretty big night. I got home at 7am. It'll change when i start surfing but I'm getting little bit bored. I think I need a job just to give me some normality in life you know. I might go around and ask few of the restaurant and bars here if they need help, doesn't ...

Puerto Escondido

24th May Sunday Puerto is absolutely an beautiful paradise!! One of my favourite spots so far. The temperature is hot in the sun but cooler in the shade. The humidity is what makes you sweat a lot! The people are super lovely and always polite towards us all which makes us feel a lot safer and have a great time. We got a taxi to our hostel Tower Bridge once we arrived at the bus station at 7:30am. Kayla and Jake were staying there also so it was really lovely to see them ...

... guidebook said to be very careful, lots of dangerous spots etc. Seems its become a lot rougher in the last 10 to 20 years. Decided to go for a few nights anyway but then on the way to buy the tickets the taxi driver said we really shouldn’t go " Not for you, too many bandidos!" so we changed our mind. Decided to take an overnight bus to Acapulco and then catch a bus straight from there to Taxco which is supposed to be a lot safer. None of us are looking forward to the night ride ...

The Mexican Pipeline

... out the window fairly quickly.

Upon arrival on the coast the first thing that hit me was the humidity, and hit me it did like a wet fish around the face, pits and ******! Its completely different to the climate in the hills which was hot and dry with a short downpour most arvos. I reckon ive done pretty well not to mention the weather thus far as have not wanted to alienate you too much but the sauna on the coast took some adjusting to.

With my last ...
