... UNEXPECTED:
After a wet few days in Milan we were thrilled to have bright sun. Furthermore, the slow season finally began to show itself with smaller crowds (than possible). We also saw the biggest dog either of us have ever seen! (the owner clearly took great delight in the attention his English Mastif brought him).

ALSO:
Verona can get overlooked versus more famous and larger centers. We are very pleased we had the time to stop, relax and enjoy.
