... mixed up!! In this case there was a major difference. To barf or not to barf, that was the difference. Without a joke, I can never forget it that I literally had a nightmare about the mondongo soup that same night that no matter what table I sat at it continued to arrive! The trauma lives on.
Whatever you do, avoid the Mondongo. It may sound like some kind of nice musical instrument or an exocitc type of food but it seriously is not.

Tica bus TIME!!! Leaving San Salvador at 3am we will arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica around midnight to 1am a solid 20-22 hours on the bus! Wow! But the bus seems pretty good at 7am we got feed a burger with egg and sausage which was really unexpected and then we had to wait a while at a border crossing into Nicaragua!! Craig picked us up from the bus stop in Parrita and we did a little grocery shopping and then went to a local soda and had a bite to eat.
